Onion roasted fish

Threadfin is a fish similar to sea bass.  I roasted this with onion for the first time and it was a wonderful combination.  I really loved the flavor of the roasted onions; shallots with this fish.  The sauce is a mix of rice vinegar and soya sauce.

「ツバメコノシロと玉ねぎのロースト」この魚は日本で言えばスズキに似ている。熱帯の河口や浅瀬に住む魚らしく、少し川魚の身にも似ている。とても脂っこくて美味しい。これをエシャロット（赤玉ねぎ）と一緒にローストしたらとても美味しかった。

玉ねぎのローストした甘くて香ばしい感じがこの魚ととても良くあう。ソースは醤油と米酢を少し薄くしたものをかけた。脂っこいので酢の酸味もいい感じに合う。レモンより酢が合うと思った。
