Steak dinner

I hardly dine out for dinner in Singapore.  I like staying in and spending evening at home with good glass of wine.  I really do prefer simple home cooked food for dinner than going out..

「ステーキディナー」私は夜はシンガポールでは殆ど外食をしない。理由はゆっくりワインを飲みたいから。シンガポールで美味しいと思う地元料理はスパイスが効いているのでワインには合わない。ランチの方がいい。

この日の晩はオーストラリア産のヴァベットをステーキにした。母が持って来てくれた日本のそら豆などを添えてシンプルに。
