Oshiruko


My mother is very good at making this Japanese sweet beans soup called "Oshiruko".  She is very good at seasoning of the soup, some mix of white sugar and muscovado.  It's better to use Dainagon beans rather than Azuki beans.

「お汁粉」母作の大納言のお汁粉。微妙な甘さ加減がとても美味しく、お友達にも評判だそうだ。砂糖と黒糖の両方を使っているらしい。大納言の豆の存在感がすごい。
