Hirame no Sashimi

Hirame: Flounder is easy fish to deal as Sashimi.  Though I need to go buy a good sharpening stone for Sashimi knife of my parents.

「ヒラメの刺身」ヒラメはとても下ろしやすい魚だと思う。実家に良い砥石がないので、買いに行かなければいけない。
