I love shopping at Wan Chai market.  After I've learned Chinese cuisine at Tsuji culinary school, I feel much more comfortable with Chinese cooking ingredients.  I'm always fascinated with a number of ingredients in Cantonese cooking.  I always think that people in Hong Kong are extremely avid about food in a good way.

「湾仔街市」辻調で中華を勉強する前は自力で地元食材や調理法を調べて活用していたが、勉強後は中華食材がよく解るようになったので、街市に行くのが益々楽しくなった。香港の街市にある食材の数と人の食に対する貪欲さにはいつも驚かされる。
