Salt pork pilaf


Boiled salt pork is useful for many types of cooking.  I like having it with boiled vegetables but I also like to cook with rice.  This is middle Asian style pilaf, rice cooked with salt pork, onion, carrot and some spices.

「塩漬け豚のピラフ」塩漬けした豚肩肉を茹でたものは色んな料理に使えて便利だ。これは玉ねぎ、人参とコリアンダーシード、ナツメグなどのスパイスと一緒に炊いたピラフ。ピラフは肉を多めに入れ方が美味しい。キャベツの味噌汁を合わせた。
