Buffalo mozzarella with cherry tomatoes


Buffalo mozzarella tastes so much better in Europe than in the ones imported in Singapore yet they're still very good.  Cherry tomatoes taste better than large ones so I use them often here.  The sauce is a mix of basil with garlic in olive oil.

「バッファローモッツアレラ」輸出品なので鮮度も品質も落ちるがトロッとして美味しい。シンガポールではトマトは普通のトマトよりチェリートマトの方が味が濃いのでよく使う。ソースはバジルとニンニクをオリーブオイルでひいたもの。
