Requinquer - Shiroganedai

 I went to one Michelin star French restaurant in Shiroganedai.  I liked it very much the style of this restaurant, not too modern but has certain trait of classical cuisine.  I was also surprised that all the dishes were prepared in detail.  Every dishes were very tasty.

「ルカンケ」白金台にある１つ星フレンチ。フレンチはモダンよりクラッシックが好みの母に合うだろうと思って行ってみたが大正解だった。斬新過ぎないお料理で、丁寧、味付けが的確で美味しかった。

全てとても手が込んでいるところが、日本人的なフレンチだと思う。パイのお皿もパイがとても薄くて軽やかで重過ぎない。魚料理も肉料理もとても美味しかった。ただ、８５００円のコースは母には少し量が多かった。
