Yong Tau foo

This is one of the popular Singaporean Chinese dish; vegetables and tofu products stuffed with fish paste.  I made this with chicken paste this time.  It was very tasty with chili paste.

「ヤンタウフー」釀豆腐と書くもので野菜や大豆製品に魚のすり身を入れたもの。客家（ハッカ）料理だと言われている。出汁で茹でて食べたり、油で揚げてソースをかけたり食べ方が色々あるのも面白い。これは鶏のすり身で作った。
