Petit pot de creme caramel aux fraise

I made small pots of creme caramel with strawberry on the top.  I usually make caramel sauce on the bottom but I reversed it this time.

「プリンのプティポ」フランスのビストロでこんな使い方をしていたと思い出し、保存の密閉瓶でプリンを作った。蓋ができるので冷蔵庫での保存も重ねられるのでいい用途だと思う。プリンは塩キャラメルソースを別で作り、フルーツの上からかけた。
