Asian salad

This is a simple salad with cherry tomatoes and cucumber.  The sauce is made with chilli, shallots, rice vinegar, sugar, fish sauce.

「アジア風サラダ」あるものでアジア風に作ったサラダ。厚揚げの皮目を入れたので甘酢がよくしみて美味しかった。
