Apricot flan tart

Apricot is my favorite fruits for dessert.  I love nectarine the best as fruits but apricot is the second.  I mixed sour nectarine with apricot for a tart.  I made filling with sour creme this time.  Because I happened to have a sour cream which was not sour as I know as sour creme.  As the result it became similar to "Cheese cake" filling that went extremely well with apricot.  I was very happy with the turn out.

フランのフィリングはチェリーなどに使う独自のレシピだが、今回はサワークリームを使ってみた。たまたま他の用途で買ったサワークリームがあまり酸味がないタイプだったので、タルトのフィリングとして使ったら、軽くてしっとりしたチーズケーキのようになった。杏とネクタリンの爽やかな酸味とも相性抜群だ。
