Salmon Chirashizushi

I'm not a fond of salmon sashimi at all but if I want to have sashimi outside of Japan, salmon is a safe choice.  I always mix with something else so that the salmon's smell ease off.  This is sushi rice toppings of salmon with eggs.

「サーモンちらし」サーモンの刺身は全く好きではないが、海外でたまにお刺身を食べたいと思う時は安全な選択。一応漬けにして色んなものと合わせて頂く。
