Omurice Brunch

I made Omurice for brunch.  Omurice; Ketchup or tomato sauce seasoned fried rice wrapped with eggs is one of the popular Japanese dish I like it very much.  I made this with Thai rice but it would be better with Japanese rice.

「オムライス」久しぶりに典型的なオムライスを作ってみたが、前の日に炊いていたタイ米で作ったので、さっぱりした感じになった。日本米でもちもちした方がオムライスっぽい。
