Quest of Chicken Rice - Wee Nam Kee

 Wee Nam Kee is considered one of the Five famous Chicken rice in Singapore.  I like it very much for the casual chicken rice.  The sauce is not too sweet and the rice is not dry and the soup is seasoned just right.  I come here often because a queue is usually not very long.

「威南記」シンガポール海南鶏飯の５大美味しい店の内の一つ。シンガポールの国民食と言われる「海南鶏飯」はシンガポール中に何百と店ある。同じ様で店によって全部味が違う、意外と深い料理だ。

ここは有名店の支店だが美味しい。味はシンプルだが確実。スープも化調を使ってない自然な味で、ライスもふわっと柔らかい。鶏も柔らかく、ソースも甘すぎない。私はここの生姜とチリーソースが絶妙に美味しくて好きだ。
