This is a very famous Udon shop in Osaka. Local people say it's not really the best Udon in Osaka but I tried for once. I really love their soup. It tasted very deep and mild. Udon is very different from region to region in Japan. It's a very popular noodle dish but I like to taste the different style of Udon.
「今井・道頓堀」有名な老舗のうどん屋に行ってみた。有名な「きつねうどん」を味わってみたく行ってみた。お出汁がとても美味しかった。味わったことがない独特の深みとまろやかさがある。博多うどんや讃岐うどんの出汁とは全く違う味。お揚げもほんのり上品な甘さでとても美味しい。ただ、麺はもそもそした感じ。
