Maxsim - Central

Maxim is very popular Dim Sum in Central.  There is always a long queue after 12 so I go there before lunch.

「マキシム」大衆飲茶だが、食器を洗う必要がなく割と清潔なのでよく行っていた。味もさっぱりしていて好きだ。１２時には長蛇の列になるので、１１時くらいに入った方がい。
