Japanese rice cooked in clay pot

I've learned the right way to cook Japanese rice in clay pot this summer in Tsuji cooking school.  I thought I was doing right since I'm Japanese but the school's method is more precise and bring the best taste of rice.

「土鍋ご飯」辻で習った方法でご飯を炊くとご飯の本当の美味しさが出るような気がする。以前は適当に炊いていたが、きちんと炊いてみると結構違うものだ。いい米の良さが出る。
