Cold Soba

This is cold soba with lots of toppings.  This might look like "Hiyashi Chuka" but I made with soba noodles.  I don't see anything like this in Japan but it was great.  You can you already made "Mentsuyu"; sauce for cold noodles but it's not so difficult to make if you can make correct Dashi.

「冷やしそば」冷やし中華みたいだが、そばにそばつゆをかけているので、全くのそばだ。冷やし中華も嫌いではないが、私は冷蔵麺あまり好きでないので、乾麺のそばやそうめんが好きだ。さっぱりして美味しい。
