Threadfin with courgette lemon

Threadfin is very tasty fish and it tastes very similar to seabass.  I usually salt the fish two to three hours before and just roast it in the oven.  This time I also roasted courgettes with lemon.

「ツバメコノシロとコジェット」この魚はヨーロッパのスズキに似ていて美味しい。皮が固いので、皮をとっていただくが、２、３時間前にしっかり塩をしておくと旨味が増して美味しい。先日作ったラタトゥイユも添えて頂いた。
