Blanquette de veau

This is one of my husband's favorite home food.  It's not very easy to find veal in Singapore, but there is one butcher that has it most of the time.  I also love this dish because the sauce is very special.

「ブランケット・ドゥ・ヴォー」シンガポールではあまり子牛が売っていないが、１件だけ大体いつもある肉屋がある。これは夫が好きなフランスの家庭料理。ソースに卵黄とレモンが入るとても独特な料理で私も大好き。
