Vegetable soup with chicken stock


I often make this vegetable soup when I made chicken stock.  I don't need to put bacon or ham when I have a good stock so the soup is very lean and tasty.

「鶏出汁の野菜スープ」自分でチキンストックを作った時によく作るスープ。ベーコンなどの肉を入れずにも旨みがあるので、野菜だけで作る。このすっきりした味がいい。
