Grilled salt pork with dried tomato paste

I've made many boiled salted pork in my fridge.  This is good to eat as itself but I can use for many different way of dishes.  This time I heated in the oven with dried tomato paste.  The tomato paste turned to brown so I should have paste it later in the cooking but the taste was very good.  Side dish is giant couscous and courgette grill with cheese.

「塩豚のトマトペースト焼き」塩豚を多めに作り置きして色々な料理に応用している。これは、パンなどにつけて食べるフランスのドライトマトのペーストを塗って焼いたもの。トマトの旨味が凝縮した味が塩豚にとてもよく合っていた。もう少し後でペーストを塗れば色が悪くならなかったかもしれない。付け合わせは、ジャイアントクスクスとコジェットのチーズ焼き。
