Gateau marbre

I really love Gateau marbre.  I made this cake many times but still difficult to make a perfect marbre.

「ガトー・マーブル」私はガトーと言ったらこれ、というくらいこのケーキが好きでよく作る。今まで作った中で一番マーブルがよくできた。
