I made two types of salads for lunch the other day.  Water crest is slightly bitter but I like to eat them fresh.  It matched very well with beacon and boiled eggs.

「サラダブランチ」昼にたっぷりサラダを頂くととても調子がいい。クレソンにベーコンとゆで卵の組み合わせがなかなか良かった。
