Terrine de saumon et Poireau vinaigrette


Poireau vinaigrette is steamed leeks with vinaigrette sauce.  This is probably the most common way of cooking leeks in French home cooking.  I really love this simple vegetable dish and the leeks taste the best this way.  This is very good side for terrine or fish dish.

「サーモンのテリーヌとポロネギのヴィネグレット」ポロ葱(リーキ)は日本の長ネギとは少し種類が異なり、ニラが大きくなった感じのネギだ。蒸すと甘みが増してとても美味しい。安くて美味しい冬のフランス家庭料理の定番メニュー。前菜でも良いし、魚料理の付け合わせに合う。
