Fried beef noodle

I love Chinese style of noodle called "伊麺".  This letter in Chinese I don't know how to spell in English.  This is deep fried noodles and you boil it and stir fry it with sauce.

「伊麺」これは中華麺の一種で、生麺を油で揚げたもの。インスタント麺発祥の日清食品（台湾系）のインスタント麺の発明は、伝統的なこの製法の麺を参考にできたものだと言われている。

香港では麺屋で新しいものを買うが、先日香港から真空パックされたものを買ってきた。しかし油ものなので、やっぱり麺屋で買ったものの方が美味しいと思った。麺類は鮮度だ。
