Creme pain

"Creme Pain" is one of the popular Japanese boulangerie's speciality.  This is brioche stuffed with creme patissiere.  I'm not very good at making bread but I tried it.  I have to improve much more.

「クリームパン」カスタードクリームが残ったので、クリームパンを作ってみた。パン作りはあまり慣れていないが、もう少し良いものを作りたい。

私の好みは少し変わっていて、”ふわふわ”した柔らかい食感のパンやケーキがあまり好きでない。今回のパンの出来は結構好きなタイプだったが、もう少し軽く仕上げたい。
