Chicken mushroom rice

Chicken rice is good even you make with already grilled chicken.  I also added oven grilled mushrooms together this time.  I had chicken stock on the side which I took from chicken bones earlier to cook the rice.  All together it made very rich and tasty chicken rice.

「チキンライス」一度グリルしたチキンでも美味しい炊き込みご飯ができる。特に脚は生臭さがないので余計に美味しいかもしれない。出汁は予めガラからとっておいたもの。きのこはオーブンで乾燥焼きしたものを入れている。ひと手間かけた炊き込みご飯だが、とても美味しくできた。
