Confit de Thon

This is a great dish that I can only make in Singapore since it's very easy to find baby tuna in fish market in Singapore.  I like the taste of baby tuna which is lighter than big tuna.  I also made tomato sauce with chopped tomatoes.

「小マグロのコンフィ」これはシンガポールではとても簡単にできる料理。ベビーツナは、大きなマグロより身が淡白だがパサパサしていないので好きな魚だ。オリーブオイルでコンフィにして、トマトのざく切りをソースにしたものと一緒にしてみた。
