Shodai - Fumotogama

I often visit pottery makers house to find something new from my favorite artists.  Shodai yaki is one of the traditional style of pottery of Kumamoto.  It used to be a maker of tea ceremony but now they make plates for daily use.  These are Ramen bowl and Soba sauce cup.

「小代・ふもと釜」小代焼きで人気の作家井上さん親子の作品。彼の作品がとても好きで時々釜へ行ってみる。これは去年買ったもの。我が家に無いラーメン丼と蕎麦猪口を買い足した。
