Plum crumble

I wanted to make a cake something like crumble cake but more cookie like, but not very  decisive on the mould.  I could make it on gratin dish but I didn't want to make a grain with of plum juice so I made something in the middle.  In the end it was a great to serve with sour yogurt.

「プラムクランブル」プラムが好きなので、プラムを入れてクランブルケーキに似ているが、もっとクッキーっぽいものを作ろうと思った。型をどんなものにするかイマイチ決めきらなかったので、とりあえず丸く焼いてみた。味は結構満足。型は次回から個別の下写真のようなケーキにしようと思う。クレームフレッシュの代わりにヨーグルトと一緒にプレートを作ってみたが、相性は良かった。
