Tropical fruits salad

One of the great thing in living in Singapore is that vast varieties of fruits are very inexpensive.  I'm not a big fan of dragon fruits but it is very pretty fruits.  I marinate them in small amount of brown sugar and rum.

「トラピカルフルーツ」シンガポールでいいことは様々なフルーツが安い。特にトロピカルフルーツが美味しくて安い。黒い種の入った寒天のようなものは、ドラゴンフルーツ。実はあまり味がしないが、外はピンクで見た目はインパクトがある。ブラウンシュガーを少しふってラム酒をすこしまぶして冷やしておいた。
