Steak tartar

I had an amazing steak tartar this year in Brussel.  It was creamy and something was different so I tried to simulate one.  I added little bit of mayonnaise and minced garlic.  Though it was not there yet.

「ステーキタルタル」今年ブリュッセルで頂いたステーキタルタルがとても美味しかったので、真似してみた。普通のものと少し違い、クリーミーだったので、マヨネーズを少しとニンニクを入れてみた。似ていたがまだ少し違う。
