Soya sauce char siu with oil noodle



This dish is similar to Japanese noodle dish called "Hiyashi Chuka".  I made a salad with cooked pork of the other day.  The pork was soaked in Soya sauce based marinade so it was tender and tasty.

The noodled is egg noodle from Taiwan but it can be any other Chinese style egg noodles.  I tossed the noodle with some olive oil.  The sauce of the dish is soya sauce, vinegar and sugar.

「叉焼と油麺」煮豚の醤油漬けで冷やし中華を作った。醤油漬けした豚は中まで味が浸みて中華ハムに。油麺は台湾のものだが、卵麺だったら何でもいいだろう。オリーブオイルをまぶしてくっつかないようにする。タレは醤油、米酢、砂糖。
