Copper pot cooked chicken cacciatore



I recently acquired a copper pot but haven't used it yet because of its' shape of this pot.  I was using le creuset for the same method of cooking for many years.  I was immediately notice a big difference of copper pot after one time of use.  

It was the most amazing pot I've ever used.  The most noticeable difference is how evenly and efficiently the heat go through in the food.  I was able to make the best Chicken cacciatore ever.

「銅鍋煮込みのチキン・カチャトーラ」平たい銅鍋を手に入れたのだが、その形ゆえあまり使っていなかった。同じ用途の料理であればルクルゼばかり使っていたが、初めて使ってみた。

そして銅鍋の火の通り方の違いに驚いた。均等に軟らかい火が効率的に入る。鋳物や高級ステンレス鍋とはまた違う火の通り方だ。素晴らしいが、毎回手入れしなければいけないのは少し面倒だ。また鋳物と同じくらい重い。
