Turnip cake

This is a festive dish of Hong Kong that they have it on Chinese New Year.  I cooked them after actual new year since I have a package of turnip cake powder from Taiwan.

「大根餅」旧正月近くに作ったもの。香港ではこれを旧正月に食べる習慣がある。餅といっても塩味のういろうの様なものだ。香港では大根味とタロ芋味などがある。手作りする場合は、台湾の大根餅用の米粉があるとよく固まるので作りやすい。
