Hinamatsuri 2015

I didn't do much of this year of Hinamatsuri.  I usually make Chirashizushi and soup with other dishes but I only made those two things this year.

「ひな祭り料理」今年はちらし寿しと貝汁だけの極シンプルなひな祭りになってしまった。ちらし寿しはサーモン刺身の漬けとエビの塩茹でをのせた。仕込みを丁寧にしたので、なかなか美味しかった。貝汁は地元のハマグリを使ったもの。
