Curry Udon

This is curry with Japanese Udon.  I make this with the second day of curry or when I have the curry leftover frozen.  I like it with strong udon dashi with less amount of curry.

「カレーうどん」二日目のカレーの定番がカレーうどん。私は出汁が濃く、カレーがさらっとしているものが好み。
