Petit sale au petit pois


I made slightly different dish of petit sale this time.  I used frozen peas and braised petit sale that cooked and kept frozen while ago.  I cooked with one cube of chicken stock, water, white wine.  It was easy and super fast dish.

「プティサレとグリーンピースの煮込み」先日作ったプティサレを冷凍していたので、冷凍グリーンピース、水にチキンキューブ、白ワインを入れて煮込んだもの。全部ガッと解凍しながら煮込んだ簡単料理。
