Paella


I made paella with marinated chicken legs and fresh shrimps.  I didn't use saffron but made with tomato sauce.  Thai mixed rice was a great for this dish.  It was very easy and delicious but I used the chicken stock that I made myself which makes a lot of difference from using chicken cubes.

「パエリア」鶏の脚をマリネしたものとエビでパエリアを作った。出汁はトマトと鶏の出汁。エビからも濃い出汁が出てとても美味しくできた。タイ米はよいものを使うと香りもよく、細いので炊きやすい。
