Filet de boeuf


I've found a very reasonable filet of beef from Australia.  I tied with string and cooked simply as a steak.  It's very important to tide the meat as cut piece for fillet.  Side dish is gratin of potatoes with parmesan cheese.

「フィレステーキ」オーストラリア産の肉のかなり安価なフィレを見つけたので、ステーキにした。フィレは繊維が崩れやすいので、絶対にひもで縛って料理した方が美味しい。また焼きすぎてはいけない。付け合わせはポテトのパルメザン焼き
