Potage aux epinards


Spinach potage is always easy and delicious.  I like to serve it cold in Singapore.  When I make a cold soup I don't use chicken stock but only milk with garlic.

「ほうれん草の冷製スープ」1月に冷製スープとは季節感がないが、疲れた時には元気が出る。私は冷製スープには鶏の出汁を使わず、牛乳とニンニクを煮て作る。
