Petit sale aux lentilles

I continue to cook simple French dishes at home in Singapore.  It's rather easy to make them here.  Petit sale means salted pork belly in French.  I make the salted meat by myself from regular pork.

「プティ・サレ・オ・レンティル」これは、典型的なフランス家庭料理の塩豚とレンズ豆の煮込み。塩漬け肉は普通の豚バラに塩をして自分で作った。１日の甘塩でもできるが、長く塩をしていた方が美味しくできる。
