Motto 32

This is another recently popular restaurant in Hong Kong.  One of my student of my cooking lesson kindly invited me for my farewell.

I was unable to take photos of the dishes but the foods was great.  I especially loved the roasted pork.  It was probably the best one I had.  The decoration of the restaurant is also amazing.  I think it's the same person who decorated China Tang.

「モット３２」ここもチャイナ・タンと同じグループだと思われる、最近人気のレストラン。お料理をお教えしていた方がご招待して下さった。料理の写真は暗くて撮れなかったが、とても美味しかった。

特に焼豚が美味しい。甘みが絶妙で、今まで食べた広東の焼豚では一番美味しかった。チャイナ・タンに同じく、目を見張るようなおしゃれなインテリアが圧巻だ。
