From Singapore



Hello from Singapore!  I feel bit strange to be in summer after experience the coldness in Japan in December.  There is no seasons in Singapore so it's might be difficult to cook as I was in Hong Kong or Japan.  First dish was a salad; easy and simple.

「シンガポール料理」あんなに寒い日本から急に夏の気候に移ったので、しばらく変な感じだ。とりあえず、はじめの料理は簡単なサーモンとゆで卵のサラダ。サーモンはしばらく塩をして置き、蒸し器で蒸す。夫の好みでしばらくフレンチが続く予定。
