Eye round steak a la sauce champignon

Eye round steak is the most lean and inexpensive beef.  It's light and lean meat so it's better to prepare sauce with it.  I prepared sauce with mushroom combination of dried mushrooms with red wine, but creamy sauce will go well with it.  I also made simple gratin with courgettes with herbs de provencal and parmesan cheese.
