Spare ribs clay pot rice


It seems that Chinese people love spare ribs.  They are popular toppings for clay pot rice and steamed rice.  I marinated the meat with garlic, ginger, Chinese wine, sugar and soya sauce.

「排骨煲仔飯」スペアリブは人気のご飯のトッピングだ。土鍋ご飯でも蒸しご飯でも良く見る。これは排骨をたっぷりの生姜、ニンニク、紹興酒、砂糖、醤油で漬け込んだもの。私は肉がかなり柔らかくないと好きではないので、先に排骨だけ柔らかく蒸し、ご飯と一緒に炊き込んだ。普通ははじめからご飯と一緒に炊くものだと思う。
