Le Bouillon Chartier is very close to our apartment so we often go there. The brasserie became very popular with tourists in recent years but still filled with locals as well. I usually take a carafe of wine, oeuf mayonnaise, steak fries. This is the place to experience real French cuisine esprit.
「シャーティエ」ここは私達のアパルトマンから近いので昔からよく行くところ。歴史は１００年以上ある有名老舗のブラッセリー。近年では観光客がかなり多くなったが、毎日の日替わり（Plat de Jour）を求める地元の人も多い。定番の料理をたっぷりサーブする。これがフレンチのエスプリだ。
