Japanese omelette


This is lean style of omelet that I didn't put any cream or milk to the eggs.  I also put some minced beef with onion and mushed potato seasoned with soya sauce.  Everything tastes so well with ketchup.

「和風オムレツ」玉ねぎと挽肉とジャガイモを少し甘辛く味付けしたもの(肉じゃがのようなもの)を入れた。卵は塩と少量の砂糖の味付けのみ。全体的に卵焼きのようだが、中は半熟に仕上げるのがコツ。甘酸っぱいケチャップとの相性がとてもよく、どれだけでも食べられそうだ。
